Lead Bookrunner definition

Lead Bookrunner means each of BofA Securities, Inc., JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Bank USA, Citizens Bank, N.A., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BMO Capital Markets Corp. and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Securities, LLC in its capacity as a joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner hereunder.
Lead Bookrunner. As defined in Section 2(b)(ii) hereof.
Lead Bookrunner means DBSI, in its capacity as lead bookrunner. “ Lead Arranger ” means DBSI, in its capacity as lead arranger.

Examples of Lead Bookrunner in a sentence

  • The Borrower agrees that the Borrower will not claim that any of the Administrative Agent, Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Lead Bookrunner and Lenders has rendered advisory services of any nature or respect or owes a fiduciary or similar duty to the Borrower, in connection with any transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, no Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Lead Bookrunner, Co-Documentation Agent or Co-Syndication Agent shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Senior Facility Agent, the Swing Line Lender, a Senior Issuing Bank or a Senior Lender.

  • The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, any Joint Lead Bookrunner, any Joint Lead Arranger and any Commercial Bank Lender at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Persons acting as Joint Lead Bookrunner, Joint Lead Arranger, Lead Arranger, or Syndication Agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or as a Lender Party hereunder.

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, no Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Lead Bookrunner, Co-Documentation Agent or Co‑Syndication Agent shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Senior Facility Agent, the Swing Line Lender, a Senior Issuing Bank or a Senior Lender.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in the other Loan Documents, the Administrative Agent is acting as administrative agent for the Lenders and the Ancillary Lenders only and the Administrative Agent is not acting as administrative agent for any other Agents, Joint Lead Arrangers, Joint Bookrunners, Left Lead Arranger or Left Lead Bookrunner.

  • None of the Lenders or other entities identified on the facing page of, signature pages of or elsewhere in this Agreement as a Syndication Agent, Co-Documentation Agent, Senior Managing Agent, Joint Lead Bookrunner or Joint Lead Arranger shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, no Lead Arranger, Syndication Agent or Sole Lead Bookrunner shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Financing Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as an Agent or a Lender hereunder.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in the other Loan Documents, the Administrative Agent is acting as administrative agent for the Lenders, the Ancillary Lenders and the Issuing Bank only and the Administrative Agent is not acting as administrative agent for any other Agents, Joint Lead Arrangers, Joint Bookrunners, Left Lead Arranger or Left Lead Bookrunner.

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, no Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Lead Bookrunner, Co-Syndication Agent, or Co-Documentation Agent shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Commercial Banks Facility Agent or Commercial Bank Lender hereunder.

Lead Bookrunner shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory statement hereto.
Lead Bookrunner or “joint bookrunner” in any other Loan Document.
Lead Bookrunner means Bank of China Limited.
