Lead Book Runner definition

Lead Book Runner means the main underwriter or lead manager for the issuance of new Equity Interests by Borrower.

  • Each of the Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Lead Book Runner, in such capacities, shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility, or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to it in its capacity as a Lender, as Agent, as Swing Lender, or as Issuing Lender (as applicable).

  • C.1.1. An employee may resign from the employ of the employer on thirty (30) days‘ prior written notice to the employer or such shorter period as mutually agreed.

  • Each of the Sole Lead Arranger and Sole Lead Book Runner, in such capacities, shall be entitled to resign at any time by giving notice to Agent and Administrative Borrower.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, each of the Sole Lead Arranger, Sole Lead Book Runner, Co-Syndication Agents, and Co-Documentation Agents, in such capacities, shall not have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender or any Loan Party.

  • Book Runner means the same as defined in the Public Offering Regulations, 2017;

  • Sole Bookrunner means Pareto Securities AB.

  • Joint Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners means Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Credit Partners L.P., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Brothers Inc. and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lynch, Pierce, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ Incorporated.

  • Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Bookrunner or “Administrative Agent” of any kind shall have no right or duty under any Loan Documents other than those applicable to all Lenders, and shall in no event have any fiduciary duty to any Secured Party.
