Lead Body definition

Lead Body means the Council of the City of Sunderland whose role is to offer legal, financial and procurement expertise to the Partnership to support the production of this Memorandum and to carry out the procurement of the Loans Administrator. The Lead Body has the ongoing responsibility to co-ordinate any action taken in the event of poor performance of the Loans Administrator.
