Lead Base Paint means paint that con- tains more than 0.5% by dry weight of lead as determined by a laboratory cer- tified by the state of New Jersey or that contains more than one milligram of lead per square centimeter of paint sur- face when measured by a X-ray fluores- cence (XRF) analyzer.

  • Hazardous Waste Workers, Asbestos Abatement Worker, Lead Base Paint Worker - minimum four (4) hours pay at one dollar ($1.00) per hour above the prevailing rate and if they are required to work more than four (4) hours they shall receive eight (8) hours at $1.00 per hour above the prevailing rate, and if they shall have only four (4) hours to perform this work, they shall be guaranteed an eight (8) hour day, but four (4) hours shall be at regular time.

  • If any such exhibit conflicts with any preceding paragraph, said exhibit shall control and may include: • Mold & Mildew Pamphlet • Lead Base Paint Pamphlet • Special Stipulations • Pet Addendum By initialing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms in Section 4.

  • All Abatement work or work disturbing Asbestos Containing Building Material (ACBM) and/or Lead Base Paint (LBP) shall be performed by Asbestos/Lead Certified personnel, following proper abatement procedures in accordance with Federal, New York State and New York City Rules and Regulations and NYCDOE Procedures.

  • Purchaser acknowledges receipt of the pamphlet PROTECT YOUR FAMILY FROM LEAD IN THE HOME, and has executed the Lead- Base Paint Addendum attached hereto.

  • It will comply with Title IV of the Lead Base Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended, (42 U.S.C. 4821 et seq.) and the regulations issued pursuant thereto (24 CFR Part 35).
