Lead activities definition

Lead activities means the conduct of any lead services,
Lead activities means the conduct of any lead services, including lead inspection, lead risk assessment, lead mitigation, or lead abatement work or supervision in a regulated facility. (Section 2 of the Act)
Lead activities means abatement, lead hazard evaluation, lead-related construction work, or any activity which disturbs lead-based paint, presumed lead-based paint, or creates a lead hazard.

Related to Lead activities

  • Permitted Activities The primary activities of the trust created pursuant to this Agreement which shall be:

The Money Manager utilises third party data providers such as Sustainalytics, ISS and MSCI along with its own data.
