L.E./F.E. permit definition
L.E./F.E. permit means a permit that is issued to vehicles that are designated by the EPA as low emission, fuel efficient vehicles according to their “SmartWay” Elite list. These permits are only valid in L.E./F.E. spaces in conjunction with a valid zone permit.
