The license granted under Section 2.1 shall also include sublicenses of the Licensed Marks licensed to the applicable Pfizer Licensor by a Third Party prior to the applicable LE Date.
Execution Date means the date on which the parties execute and enter into this Agreement.
Available Date means the date upon which Licensor notifies MSDH that the Software may be accessed on the Licensor’s ASP server and MSDH may begin acceptance testing.
Applicable Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.08(f).
Inception Date means in respect of a Fund, the first date on which the Fund issued shares.
Sale Date means the date that the Bonds are awarded by the District to the winning bidder.
