Act Rules - If there are multiple primary beneficiaries and a primary beneficiary does not survive all persons creating the account and does not have a substitute under the LDPS rules, the share of the nonsurviving primary beneficiary is allocated among the surviving primary beneficiaries in the proportion that their shares bear to each other.
An Account Owner may designate multiple POD beneficiaries of an Account but is not allowed to use Lineal Descendants Per Stirpes (LDPS) as a further designation in the event one or more POD beneficiaries fails to survive the Account Owner or last surviving Account Owner.
If no beneficiary survives all persons creating the account, the property belongs to the estate of the owner unless directed to a substitute beneficiary under the LDPS rules.

LDPS designation means that if a named beneficiary of such an account dies before the account owner, then the unnamed lineal descendants of that deceased beneficiary will acquire the share of the deceased beneficiary on the death of the owner per stirpes.
