LDM Holding Guarantee definition
LDM Holding Guarantee means the LDM Holding Guarantee, dated as of the date hereof, duly executed and delivered by LDM Holding to the Agent, for the benefit of itself and the Lenders, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
LDM Holding Guarantee means the Amended and Restated LDM Holding Guarantee, dated as of the date hereof, duly executed and delivered by LDM Holding to the Agent, for the benefit of itself and the Lenders, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. "LDM Holding Pledge and Security Agreement" means the Amended and Restated LDM Holding Pledge and Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, duly executed and delivered by LDM Holding in favor of the Agent, for the benefit of itself and the Lenders, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
