LDL Note definition
LDL Note means the promissory note of LDL payable to the order of the Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A-1.
Examples of LDL Note in a sentence
The principal of the LDL Note and the Sensar Note shall be payable as provided herein and on the earlier of the Termination Date or acceleration by the Lender pursuant to Section 8.2 hereof, and shall bear interest as provided herein.
All Advances made by the Lender under Section 2.1 hereof shall be evidenced by and be repayable with interest in accordance with, in the case of Advances requested by LDL, the LDL Note, and, in the case of Advances requested by Sensar, the Sensar Note.
