LDDA means the Lease Disposition and Development Agreement described in Section I, above, and entered into by City and Developer respecting the development of the Oakland Army Base, as may be amended from time to time.

• Notwithstanding any renewal, extension or holding over of the LDDA, this Guaranty shall continue until all of the Obligations have been satisfied.

• The hours of operation may be changed, when required, at the discretion of the LDDA and/or at the request of the City.
