LDC System definition

LDC System means the electric distribution system operated and maintained by the LDC.

  • If the pressure of the Biomethane is outside the specified range, NW Natural may, without any prior notification to Producer, refuse to receive the Biomethane at the Receipt Point Facilities and/or prevent the Biomethane from entering the LDC System.

  • Owner will obtain at its sole cost all approvals and agreements required for Owner’s interconnection of the System to the LDC System.

  • In the event additions or modifications are required to the Receipt Point Facilities or LDC System to serve an increased/decreased volume, Producer should follow the process identified in Article 3 for the prepayment of Receipt Point Facilities, and will coordinate the introduction of Biomethane with NW Natural based on the required modifications and the restart procedure specified in Section 4.14.

  • Prior to the first injection of Biomethane into the LDC System, or other NW Natural owned and operated facilities, Producer will hire an independent certified third party laboratory (Oregon Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program [ORELAP] certified, or equivalent in another state, where applicable) to perform two pre-injection tests (“Pre-Injection Testing”).

LDC System means any piping, equipment or infrastructure within Transporter’s local distribution system, including High-Pressure Distribution Facilities.

Related to LDC System

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.

  • ▇▇▇▇▇ System means the ▇▇▇▇▇ filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • 911 System means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, Deliverability Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Transmission/Distribution Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric system is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Bulk Electric System shall have the meaning provided for in the NERC Glossary of Terms used in Reliability Standards, as it may be amended, supplemented, or restated from time to time.
