LD Milestone means the milestones set out in Schedule 4. LD Milestone Date means the date, or period of time, specified in Schedule 4 as adjusted under the Contract.

Examples of LD Milestone in a sentence

• Where more than one event causes concurrent delays and the cause of at least one of those events, but not all of them, is not a Qualifying Cause, then to the extent that the delays are concurrent, the Contractor is not entitled to an extension of time with respect to the relevant Date for Practical Completion or LD Milestone Date.

• Subject to clauses 10.9 and 10.10, if the conditions precedent in clause 10.7 have been satisfied, the Date for Practical Completion or LD Milestone Date (as applicable) will be extended by a reasonable period determined by the Principal's Representative and notified to the Principal and the Contractor within 15 Business Days of the Contractor’s written claim under clause 10.6(a), but where further Claims are submitted under clause 10.6(b), then within 15 Business Days of the last of those Claims.
