LCRN definition

LCRN means a Local Clinical Research Network as identified in Annex 1 of Schedule 19;
LCRN means the Local Clinical Research Network which comprises the Contractor acting as host organisation and LCRN Partner organisations and forms part of the NIHR Clinical Research Network. "LCRN Business Intelligence Service" means the LCRN team undertaking data analysis and information management.

Examples of LCRN in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of such a request the Authority may: agree to vary the Agreement; if the proposed Variation relates to the Work Programme: vary the Work Programme in a manner which the Contractor agrees can be carried out within the Work Programme Period and LCRN Funding; or refuse the request and require the continuation of the Work Programme in accordance with this Agreement; or give notice of termination in accordance with Clause 19.

  • Any failure or delay by the Contractor in performing its obligations under this Agreement which results from a failure or delay by an agent, sub-contractor or supplier (including LCRN Partners) shall be regarded as due to Force Majeure only if that agent, sub-contractor or supplier (including an LCRN Partner) is itself impeded by Force Majeure from complying with an obligation to the Contractor.

  • Minimum requirements for LCRN operational arrangements are set out in the CRN Performance and Operating Framework (Appendix A to this Agreement).

  • Payments and Accounting Subject to Clause 6.3, the total amount to be paid by the Authority to the Contractor under this Agreement in any financial year shall not exceed the undisputed LCRN Funding detailed for the relevant financial year in Section 4 (Financial Arrangements).

  • The Contractor shall inform the Authority immediately of any suspension or termination of employment of any LCRN Leadership Team and/or LCRN Management Team staff providing services in connection with this Agreement.

  • In order to work effectively as part of the single system, it is important that the LCRN and the Other LCRNs are consistent in key elements of structure, and operational processes and standards.

  • For the LCRN, with multiple partners and stakeholders, good governance also includes mechanisms for partner engagement and participation, and clear expectations regarding ways of working and behaviours, underpinned by agreed principles.

  • The LCRN Annual Report shall be in a form specified by the Authority and shall set out the work done during the period of the report.

  • Notwithstanding the Contractor's right to sub-contract pursuant to this Clause 27, the Contractor shall remain responsible for the acts and omissions of its sub-contractors (including the LCRN Partners) and the acts and omissions of those employed or engaged by the sub-contractors as though they were its own.

  • These include the organisational arrangements for LCRN oversight, direction and decision-making, and the efficient and appropriate allocation and use of resources.
