LCR CONSTRUCTION FACILITY definition
LCR CONSTRUCTION FACILITY means the $450,000,000 Credit Agreement dated as of May 5, 1995 among LCR, the lenders party thereto, The Bank of Nova Scotia, Credit Lyonnais, The First National Bank of Chicago and The Industrial Bank of Japan, Ltd., as Co-Agents, and The Bank of New York, as Agent, as amended by the First Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of April 16, 1996, the Second Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of November 12, 1996 and the Consent and Third Amendment to Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of January 27, 1997, each among LCR, the lenders party thereto and The Bank of New York, as Agent.
