Each and every agreement, covenant, promise, undertaking, condition, easement, right, privilege, option and restriction made, granted or assumed by any party to this Easement is made by such party not only for the benefit of the other parties hereto but also as owner of the LCP Property and/or the BCSD Property, as applicable, and shall be an equitable servitude on the property owned by such party appurtenant to and for the benefit of the property owned by the other parties.
LCP reserves all right, title, and interest in and to the LCP Property incident to the fee simple estate thereof and for any and all purposes not inconsistent with BCSD’s use of the BCSD Access Easement.
