LCP Property definition

LCP Property means that certain parcel of real property described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto.

  • Each and every agreement, covenant, promise, undertaking, condition, easement, right, privilege, option and restriction made, granted or assumed by any party to this Easement is made by such party not only for the benefit of the other parties hereto but also as owner of the LCP Property and/or the BCSD Property, as applicable, and shall be an equitable servitude on the property owned by such party appurtenant to and for the benefit of the property owned by the other parties.
