LCP Permittees definition
LCP Permittees means LCP, future owners of any portion of the LCP Property, future owners of residential dwellings to be constructed within the Subdivision, the homeowners association for the Subdivision (the “Association”), and their respective agents, contractors, subcontractors, visitors, guests and invitees and concessionaires.
