LCN Incentive definition

LCN Incentive. The LCN incentive shall mean the incentive available to the IPTVO in consideration of the IPTVO placing the Channel(s) in the logical channel number position (“LCN”) slabs set out in Annexure 3 (“LCN Incentive Conditions”).
LCN Incentive. The LCN incentive shall mean the incentive available to the HITSO in consideration of the HITSO placing the Channel(s) in the logical channel number position (“LCN”) slabs set out in Annexure 3 (“LCN Incentive Conditions”).
LCN Incentive. The LCN incentive shall mean the incentive available to the MSO in consideration of the MSO placing the Channel(s) in the logical channel number position (“LCN”) slabs set out in Annexure 3 (“LCN Incentive Conditions”).

Examples of LCN Incentive in a sentence

  • If the DPO has multiple head ends with different LCN ranks for the Channels forming part of the Subscribed Bouquet, then the worst LCN rank (highest numerical) for each of the Channel will be considered for the purpose of computation of the applicable LCN Incentive.

  • In case the DPO has different LCN rank for any of the Channels forming part of the Subscribed Bouquet on their Platform EPG, the worst LCN rank (highest numerical) will be considered for the purpose of computation of the applicable LCN Incentive.

  • LCN Incentive is not applicable /available on subscription of only A-la-carte Channel(s) by the Operator.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Operator shall at all times maintain and furnish to the Broadcaster the LCN Report in the format set out under Table C of Annexure D of this Agreement (“LCN Report”) along with each LCN Incentive invoice and Subscriber Report within the Subscriber Report Due Date in order to be entitled to receive payments under the Incentive Scheme.

  • In the event that the Operator, during any day of the month, for any reason whatsoever, fails to place any Channel(s) in Slab 1, but places it in Slab 2, then the Operator shall be entitled to only receive the LCN Incentive applicable to Slab 2 (and not Slab 1).

  • In the event that the Operator fails to restore the Channel(s) to the agreed LCN position within the Cure Period, the Operator shall not be entitled in any manner to any payments of LCN Incentive.

  • If the Operator fails to furnish the LCN Report in the prescribed format in any given month to the Broadcaster within the Subscriber Report Due Date, for any reason whatsoever, the Operator shall not in any manner be entitled or eligible for the LCN Incentive as set out herein.

  • Parameters for LCN Incentive:All of the following parameters shall be fulfilled by the Operator to be eligible to avail the LCN Incentive under the Incentive Scheme as set out under this Annexure D.

  • In the event that the Operator, for any reason whatsoever, fails to place any of the Channel (s) as per any of the defined Slabs in Table A above, during any day of the month and the Operator fails to restore the LCN position of the Channel(s) in the defined Slabs within a period of three (3) days from the date of such displacement, then the Operator shall not be entitled to receive any LCN Incentive for the applicable month.

  • DPO can avail LCN Incentive for any Band only if the DPO meets LCN ranks for ALL Channels forming part of the Subscribed Bouquet for that particular Band.

Related to LCN Incentive

  • Long-Term Incentive Award means an Award described in Section 6(g) hereof that is based upon a period in excess of one year.

  • Annual Incentive Plan means the Cinergy Corp. Annual Incentive Plan or any similar plan or successor to the Annual Incentive Plan.

  • Other Incentive Award means an Award denominated in, linked to or derived from Shares or value metrics related to Shares, granted pursuant to Section 9.6 hereof.

  • Annual Incentive Award means an Award made subject to attainment of performance goals (as described in Section 14) over a performance period of up to one year (the Company’s fiscal year, unless otherwise specified by the Committee).
