LCIF definition

LCIF is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
LCIF means LEPERCQ CORPORATE INCOME FUND L.P., a limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of Delaware.
LCIF is defined in Section 16.

  • Lexington, LCIF or LCIFII shall cause each of the Guarantors to remain Solvent and shall provide each of the Guarantors with such funds and assets as such Guarantor shall require in the operation of its business, all in consideration of such Guarantor's execution and delivery of its Guaranty.
