The LCHA Counterparty shall, as from the Agreement Date, comply with this Agreement (including the Conditions) as the "LCHA Counterparty" and agrees that the Conditions are hereby incorporated into this Agreement as if they were clauses of this Agreement.
If the Producer gives a Milestone Requirement Notice to the LCHA Counterparty and such notice is ineffective, this shall not, subject to Part 9 (Termination), preclude the Producer from giving a further Milestone Requirement Notice to the LCHA Counterparty.
The "Initial Milestone Delivery Date" applicable to this LCHA shall be twelve (12) months after the Agreement Date.
The LCHA Counterparty may agree by notice to the Producer to waive the fulfilment of any Milestone Requirement.

The Authority reserves the right to exclude from the Grievance Procedure any grievance concerning criminal activity that threatens the health, safety, or right to peaceful enjoyment of the premises of other residents or employee of the LCHA; or a drug-related criminal activity on or off LCHA's premises.
All LCHA offices are accessible, but you must phone ahead to arrange for assistance should you require it.
If Resident asks for an explanation, the LCHA shall respond in a reasonable time.
LCHA reserves the right to change this Lease from time to time, at its option.
