LCFS at Rack definition

LCFS at Rack means the cost of compliance with California Low Carbon Fuel Standard, as standardized and quoted on a daily basis in the West Coast Report published by OPIS. “Lifecycle Greenhouse Gas Emissions” means the aggregate quantity of Greenhouse Gas emissions (including direct emissions and significant indirect emissions from land use changes), as determined under an Applicable Program, related to the full fuel lifecycle, including all stages of fuel and feedstock production and distribution, from feedstock generation or extraction through the distribution and delivery and use of the finished fuel to the ultimate consumer, where the mass values for all Greenhouse Gases are adjusted to account for their relative global warming potential. “Low Carbon Fuel Standard” or “LCFS” means the regulations, orders, decrees and standards issued by CARB or other applicable governmental authority implementing or otherwise applicable to the Low Carbon Fuel Standard set forth in the California Code of Regulations at Title 17, §§ 95480 et seq., and each successor regulation, as may be subsequently amended, supplemented or restated from time to time. “Pathways” means the LCFS Pathway, the RFS Pathway and any other applicable pathway under an Applicable Program.
