Keep and maintain records that are sufficient for the preparation of reports required by law and submit all reports as requested and required by LCDJFS.
Make records available to LCDJFS, ODJFS, the Auditor of the State, federal agencies, and other authorized governmental agencies for review, audit and investigation during announced or unannounced visits.
