LC Fee Payment definition
LC Fee Payment means any payment by the Company of a letter of credit fee in connection with the issuance of letters of credit pursuant to the WLR LC Agreements, either directly to the issuer of any such letter of credit or to the WLR Beneficiary as a reimbursement of the payment of such fee by the WLR Beneficiary, in an aggregate amount for all such payments not to exceed $155,000.
