LC Document definition

LC Document any of the Canadian LC Documents, the UK LC Documents and/or the US LC Documents, as the context requires.
LC Document means with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Letter of Credit Request, and any other document, agreement and instrument entered into by the Lender and/or the Borrower relating to such Letter of Credit.
LC Document means any one of them.

  • The agreement of (i) Loan Parties shall not be necessary to the effectiveness of any modification of a Loan Document that deals solely with the rights and duties of Lenders, Agent and/or any Fronting Bank as among themselves and (ii) the Required Lenders shall not be necessary to the effectiveness of any LC Document (or any modification thereof).

  • LC Documents means all applications, agreements and instruments relating to the Letters of Credit but excluding the Letters of Credit.
