U&C Charges definition
U&C Charges means usual and customary charges or the average amount charged by most providers for treatment, service, or supplies in the geographic area where the treatment, service, or supply is provided.

Related to U&C Charges
SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;
Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;
Bank Charges means the charges levied by the Merchant Acquiring Bank for Transactions and Refunds. “Bank System” means the banking system operated by any approved bank, financial institution or other body.
Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.
Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.
