The LBU shall advise the Board in writing of the amount of the fees authorized by the Association membership in keeping with the Constitution and By-laws of O.E.
Requests for LBU Funded Leaves as in this Article must be submitted to the Board for approval before May 30th preceding the school year in which the leave is to take effect.
