LBMP definition

LBMP is the NYISO locational-based marginal pricing node proximate to the Project.
LBMP for any hour, is the energy price for such hour at the NYISO locational-based marginal pricing node proximate to the Project.
LBMP means the Locational Based Marginal Price, as such term is defined in the Supplemental Filing and described in the ISO Tariff, as such term may be modified from time-to-time by the ISO.
