Layout Plans definition

Layout Plans means the layout plans of the Demised Premises herein annexed in Appendix 1.
Layout Plans means plans of the layout of an Event prepared by or on behalf of the Hirer to the scale prescribed herein.

Layout Plans means the plans and designs of project/ scheme constructed or to be constructed on the Scheduled Land (as defined herein below), which have been duly approved by the local authority including any variations and modifications therein which may subsequently be made by the Developer and/or Architect (s) in accordance with Applicable Laws.
