Laying Operation definition

Laying Operation means all work related to the laying and installation of the Crossing Pipeline within the Laying Area including preparatory protection, other preparatory work, post-lay work and surveys connected therewith, as further specified in Appendix C.
Laying Operation means all work related to the laying and installation of the Crossing Cable within the Laying Area, deemed to be complete when the Affected Party has approved the As-built Documentation as referred to in Section 4.3.

Related to Laying Operation

  • Farming operation means raising, cultivating, propagating, fattening, grazing, or any other farming, livestock, or aquacultural operation.

  • Mining operation means any operations undertaken for the purpose of winning any mineral as defined in section 3 (d) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

  • Objection Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d).
