Laying Area definition

Laying Area means the area within a radius of two (2) nautical miles from the Crossing Point(s) as well as any area where the Crossing Pipeline is installed closer to the Affected Pipeline than two (2) nautical miles.
Laying Area means the area defined by a corridor of 500 metres to each side of the Affected Cable, with a length of 500 metres from the Crossing Point(s) in both directions of the Affected Cable, and as shown in Appendix B.

  • The Crossing Party shall, prior to the installation of the Crossing Pipeline carry out a pre-Laying Operation survey of the Affected Pipeline and the seabed along the proposed route of the Crossing Pipeline within the Laying Area.

  • Venue means the premises as delineated and shown edged red in Annex A.

The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • manoeuvring area means that part of an aerodrome to be used for the take-off, landing and taxiing of aircraft, excluding aprons;

  • Special Court means a Court of Session designated as Special Court under sub-section (1) of section 43;

  • Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.

  • Special Categories of Data means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation;

  • Flood Boundary and Floodway Map (FBFM means an official map of a community, issued by the FEMA, on which the Special Flood Hazard Areas and the floodways are delineated. This official map is a supplement to and shall be used in conjunction with the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM).

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Living area means the interior habitable area of a dwelling unit, including basements and attics, but does not include a garage or any accessory structure.

  • Original Jurisdiction means, in relation to an Obligor, the jurisdiction under whose laws that Obligor is incorporated as at the date of this Agreement.

  • Voting area means the area within six feet of the voting booths, voting

  • Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.
