Laydown Areas definition

Laydown Areas means areas of the Site shown as such in Attachment Y where Contractor may locate Equipment, materials, utilities, buildings, and other temporary facilities for use during the Work.
Laydown Areas has the meaning set forth in Attachment 25 (if any).

Examples of Laydown Areas in a sentence

  • Contractor shall maintain the Laydown Areas, temporary on-Site roads that it uses for Work until Substantial Completion.

  • Contractor shall maintain the Laydown Areas, temporary on-Site roads, Duck Blind Road and Center Levee Road that it uses for Work until Substantial Completion of Subproject 5.

  • Following temporary use thereof, CVEC shall immediately restore the Construction Laydown Area(s) and such other access areas identified herein to their condition prior to CVEC’s use.

More Definitions of Laydown Areas

Laydown Areas means those areas identified as Existing Permitted Area in Exhibit Y-3. “Heavy Haul Road” means the portion of the Stage 3 Permanent Facilities identified in Exhibit Y-3 that is not located on the Stage 3 Site.
