Lawyer Rule definition
Lawyer Rule means the rules in Article 11, Arbitration of Fee Disputes, Chapter 14, Rules Governing the Utah State Bar, of the Supreme Court Rules of Professional Practice.
Lawyer Rule or “Lawyer Rules” means the rules of Lawyer Discipline and Disability in Chapter 14, Article 5 of the Rules of Professional Practice of the Supreme Court.
