Laws or Decrees definition

Laws or Decrees means all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, ordinances, rules, statutes, regulations and all orders, writs, injunctions, awards, judgments or decrees.
Laws or Decrees means all applicable German and U.S. federal, state, provincial and local laws, ordinances, rules, statutes, regulations and all Orders or awards.

  • Bye-laws means the bye-laws of the Company, as amended from time to time.
