Laws Governing definition

Laws Governing. This Agreement has been entered into in the State of Florida and shall be construed, interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to the choice of laws provisions thereof.
Laws Governing. This Agreement has been entered into in the State of New York and shall be construed, interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to the choice of laws provisions thereof.
Laws Governing. This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to the choice of laws provisions thereof.
