Authorized User means a person:
Authorized Users means Customer’s employees and contractors who are authorized by Customer to use the Software and made known to Agilent and are the only users who may log in to the Software.
Authorized Users(s) means an individual or individuals with a business need to access DSHS Confidential Information, and who has or have been authorized to do so.
Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit "A" or stated in the Service Agreement, or authorized under the statutes referred to herein by this DPA. Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.
