Law Enforcement Function definition

Law Enforcement Function means any P.O.S.T. certified peace officer function authorized by state law, which includes, but is not limited to, the investigation, detection, and prevention of crime.
Law Enforcement Function means any duty, responsibility, authority, or discretion in connection with enforcement of the criminal laws of the Federated States of Micronesia which, under the Constitution of the Federated States of Micronesia and National laws, is vested in the executive branch of the National Government.

Examples of Law Enforcement Function in a sentence

  • The District shall pay County for each hour of Overtime Services performed by an SRO at the rate of one and one-half times their hourly rate (the “Overtime Services Rate”) for SRO Duties, school-related Law Enforcement Function, or Training benefiting the District.
