Launch Support definition

Launch Support or “Launch Support Services” means those services specified in Exhibit A, Statement of Work to be provided by Contractor in support of Launch Services.
Launch Support or "LAUNCH SUPPORT SERVICES" means those services specified in the Statement of Work to be provided by Contractor in support of Launch.
Launch Support means those services provided by the Contractor, pursuant to the Statement of Work hereto, in support of a Launch by a Launch Agency.

  • Contractor shall provide the Launch Support Services set forth in Exhibit 1.

  • In the event Boeing breaches this warranty, as Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, Boeing shall correct the Non-Conformances in the provision of such Deliverable Services where it is practical to do so (e.g., Boeing cannot correct deficiencies in, or re-perform, Launch Support Services from and after Launch).

  • The Contractor will contract directly with the Designated Launch Agency for Launch Support Services and will coordinate all matters relating to launch operations.

  • Acceptance of other services provided hereunder (e.g., Launch Support Services and Mission Operations Support Services), or any part thereof, shall occur upon Contractor furnishing such services, or such part thereof, to Purchaser in accordance with the Delivery schedule set forth in Article 3.1 and in a condition conforming to the requirements of this Contract.

  • Boeing shall, at no additional cost to Customer, maintain compatibility of the Satellite for Launch with the list of five (5) candidate Launch Vehicles (based on the user manuals as of EDC for such candidate Launch Vehicles) set forth in Article 4.2 (Launch Support Services) up to fifteen months after EDC or CDR, whichever is earlier (the “Launch Vehicle Change Date”).

  • Orbit Test), and shall consist of a preliminary Acceptance and Final Acceptance, all as provided in Article 8 (Acceptance of Satellite, Launch Support and Mission Operations Support Services, and In-Orbit Test), and (ii) with respect to any Deliverable Item other than the Satellite, shall be as provided in Article 9 (Acceptance Inspection For Deliverable Items Other Than Satellite).

  • Upon arrival of the Satellite at the Launch Site, Boeing shall proceed with the provision of Launch Support Services in accordance with Exhibit A (Statement of Work).

  • Following the completion of the SPSR for the SATMEX 8 Satellite pursuant to Article 9, Contractor shall transport such SATMEX 8 Satellite, in accordance with Contractor’s standard commercial practices, to the Launch Site and proceed with the Launch Support Services.

  • At the Closing, Time Warner Cable shall deliver to Comcast Subsidiary a schedule of the services subject to Specified Launch Support Liabilities and, with respect to each such service, the remaining time period (which shall in no event be later than the fifth anniversary of the date hereof) in which an action in respect of any Transferred System could result in an obligation to make a payment in respect of a Specified Launch Support Liability.

  • In the event Contractor breaches this warranty, as Purchaser’s sole remedy, Contractor shall apply reasonable efforts to correct the deficiencies in the provision of such training and other services where it is practicable to do so (e.g., cannot correct deficiencies in or redo Launch Support Services from and after Launch).


More Definitions of Launch Support

Launch Support or “Launch Support Services” means those services specified in the SOW, Exhibit A, to be provided by Contractor in support of Launch Services.
Launch Support means Contractor's activities at the Designated Launch Sites in support of the Launches, as specified in the Statement of Work.

Related to Launch Support

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Level 3 Support means, with the use of backup engineering and technical support staff, isolating Defects and developing Defect corrections including, without limitation, Upgrades.
