If a Launch at that time in that country would not fit with the Launch Sequence, the Launch in that country shall be deferred until such time as would fit with the Launch Sequence.
Subject to the Launch Sequence and the Commercialization Plan as [***] by the JCC, or [***] by the JSC (if applicable), Licensee and its Affiliates and permitted sublicensees will be solely responsible for the Commercialization of the Licensed Products in the Territory.

The Launch Sequence and all amendments and updates thereto will be reviewed and discussed by the JSC.
Subject to the Launch Sequence and the Commercialization Plan as reviewed and discussed by the JSC, Licensee and its Affiliates and permitted sublicensees will be solely responsible for the Commercialization of the Licensed Product in the Field in the Territory, at its own cost and expense.
Licensee will amend or update the Launch Sequence at least [**] thereafter, including updating such sequence so as to provide reasonable prior notice of the target date of the First Commercial Sale in any additional countries in the Territory not included in the initial Launch Sequence.
