Launch Sequence definition

Launch Sequence has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2 (Commercialization Plan).
Launch Sequence has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.1 (Launch Sequence).
Launch Sequence has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.

Examples of Launch Sequence in a sentence

  • If a Launch at that time in that country would not fit with the Launch Sequence, the Launch in that country shall be deferred until such time as would fit with the Launch Sequence.

  • Subject to the Launch Sequence and the Commercialization Plan as [***] by the JCC, or [***] by the JSC (if applicable), Licensee and its Affiliates and permitted sublicensees will be solely responsible for the Commercialization of the Licensed Products in the Territory.

  • Each amendment and update to the Launch Sequence will be reviewed and discussed by the JSC pursuant to Section 3.4 (Specific Responsibilities of the JSC).

  • No later than [**] following Licensee’s submission of the MAA for the Licensed Product to the EMA, Licensee will prepare and submit to the JSC for its review and discussion a list of those countries in the Territory in which Licensee intends to Commercialize the Licensed Product and timelines reflecting the target date of the First Commercial Sale (the “Launch Sequence”, and the countries included in the Launch Sequence, the “Launch Countries”).

  • The Launch Sequence and all amendments and updates thereto will be reviewed and discussed by the JSC.

  • Subject to the Launch Sequence and the Commercialization Plan as reviewed and discussed by the JSC, Licensee and its Affiliates and permitted sublicensees will be solely responsible for the Commercialization of the Licensed Product in the Field in the Territory, at its own cost and expense.

  • Licensee will amend or update the Launch Sequence at least [**] thereafter, including updating such sequence so as to provide reasonable prior notice of the target date of the First Commercial Sale in any additional countries in the Territory not included in the initial Launch Sequence.

Related to Launch Sequence

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Spacecraft (9) means active and passive satellites and space probes.

  • Payload means all property to be flown or used on or in a Launch Vehicle.
