Examples of Launch Dates in a sentence
The Devices, Device Forecast Target Terminal Acceptance Dates, Target Launch Dates, Territories, Telecom Operator, Google Trademark, specific Google Applications, Google Trademark, and Restrictions on Google Applications shall be as set forth in separately executed addendums to this Exhibit A.
Within 30 days after the Effective Date, CME and NYMEX shall mutually agree upon (i) target dates for the Launch Dates, (ii) the list of NYMEX Products that will be listed as NYMEX Globex Contracts on Launch Date 1 and Launch Date 2, in accordance with the requirements of Section 3.2 and considering the impact that the inclusion of additional products may have upon the target launch dates, if any, and (ii) develop the initial Project Plan or plans for the Launch Dates, as further described in Section 8.1.
The parties shall create a Project Plan or Project Plans to prepare for Launch Dates 1, 2 and 3 within 30 days following the Effective Date, and for launching NYMEX Globex Contracts that are based on COMEX Products if closed access is selected, as described in Section 4.4. Project Plans shall include the identification of Acceptance Criteria (as defined in Section 8.2.2).
The parties acknowledge and agree that, prior to the Launch Dates and for a reasonable period thereafter, they will be engaged in substantial development work to create or modify systems and develop appropriate policies and procedures as necessary for each party effectively to perform its obligations as to the NYMEX Globex Contracts.
Nothing in this Section 4.1 is intended to limit NYMEX’s ability to request listing of additional NYMEX Globex Contracts between Launch Date 1 and Launch Date 2 pursuant to Section 3.2.1, except that NYMEX may not require the listing of futures options products sooner than may be agreed upon between the parties in the Project Plan or plans for the Launch Dates.
The Commercialization Plan shall include a reasonably detailed description of Commercialization activities and budget for each calendar year covered by such plan, including a timeline for initiation and completion of Commercialization Plan tasks and a list of proposed Launch Dates country-by-country in the Shared Territory as may be consistent with the JCC decision to whether to Develop and Commercialize Collaboration Compound and Collaboration Product outside the United States.
The Parties have scheduled the Launch Slots and Launch Dates in accordance with Exhibit B.
Affiliate may add Affiliate Systems in areas not serviced by TelQuest with applicable Launch Dates as the Affiliate in its discretion desires during the Term, but shall do so only upon written approval by TelQuest, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, on no less than thirty (30) days' prior written notice to TelQuest to which TelQuest agrees to respond in writing within fifteen (15) days, and upon such approval said Affiliate Systems and Launch Dates shall be incorporated herein by reference.
GSI will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Launch Date for the Education Store to coincide with the later of the Launch Dates for the Company Stores.
All product descriptions for use on the Company Stores must be reviewed by Palm prior to the Launch Dates for the Company Stores.
