Lateral Segment definition

Lateral Segment means the Segments of the Grantor System identified as such in Exhibit "A".
Lateral Segment means the On-Net Lateral Segments and Off-Net Lateral Segments of the Grantor System identified as such in Section A.04 below or as otherwise agreed to by the parties pursuant to the terms set forth in Section A.06, and each of which shall be owned by Grantor. Each Lateral Segment shall be considered a “Segment” for other purposes in the Agreement.
Lateral Segment means a Segment that connects the metropolitan backbone of the Level 3 System to a location where Level 3 has already completed construction at the time of request by Customer.

  • The Lateral Segment Fee for each Lateral Segment listed in Exhibit "A" shall be reduced by the following amounts (reflecting the amount of the Design, Planning and Engineering Fee allocated and directly attributable to such Lateral Segment).
