Lateral Fee definition

Lateral Fee means the fee imposed upon an owner of real property upon application for connection to the public sewer and to cover the cost to construct a sewer lateral from the property line of the said owner to the middle of the easement or right-of-way in which the sewer is located.
Lateral Fee means the fee charged by the Township to construct and install a Lateral.
