Late Presentment definition
Late Presentment as used herein shall mean a transaction which was not processed and/or submitted by MERCHANT to BDO within the period prescribed by the Card/Digital brands rules.
Examples of Late Presentment in a sentence
BDO shall not be obliged to reimburse transactions which have not been immediately settled or submitted to BDO or categorized by the Card Brands as Late Presentment.
