Late Collection definition

Late Collection. With respect to any Mortgage Loan and the Monthly Payment due thereon during any Due Period, all amounts received subsequent to the Determination Date immediately following such Due Period, whether as a late payment of such Monthly Payment or as Property Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds or otherwise, which represent the late payment or collection of such Monthly Payment.
Late Collection means any Collection received by the Funding Seller, the Servicer and/or any Originator with respect to an Aged Receivable after such Aged Receivable shall have been transferred to the Funding Seller pursuant to Section 5.1, until such Aged Receivable shall have (i) been paid in full or (ii) become a Written-Off Receivable.
Late Collection. A late collection fee of £6.00 will be charged for every full 5 minutes after 6:00pm that a child is not collected. We reserve the right to withdraw a place (with one month’s notice) following persistent late payments or in the event of repeated disruptive or inappropriate behaviours.   • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales or dispositions attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees, prepayment fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Excess Servicing Fee For each calendar month, as to each Mortgage Loan, the portion of the related Excess Servicing Fee Rate applicable to such month (determined in the same manner as the applicable Mortgage Rate determined for such Mortgage Loan for such month) multiplied by the Scheduled Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan immediately before the Due Date occurring in such month, but prorated for the number of days during the calendar month for such Mortgage Loan for which interest actually accrues on such Mortgage Loan and only from collections on such Mortgage Loan.

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Investor Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Collections allocated to the Series issued pursuant to this Indenture Supplement pursuant to Section 4.3(a) for all Dates of Processing during such Monthly Period.

  • Monthly P&I Advance An advance of funds by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02 or a Servicer pursuant to its Selling and Servicing Contract to cover delinquent principal and interest installments.

  • Costs of Collection Includes, without limitation, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by any Agent’s attorneys, and all reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by any Agent in the administration of the Liabilities and/or the Loan Documents, including, without limitation, reasonable costs and expenses associated with travel on behalf of any Agent, where such costs and expenses are directly or indirectly related to or in respect of any Agent’s: administration and management of the Liabilities; negotiation, documentation, and amendment of any Loan Document; or efforts to preserve, protect, collect, or enforce the Collateral, the Liabilities, and/or the Agents’ Rights and Remedies and/or any of the rights and remedies of any Agent against or in respect of any guarantor or other person liable in respect of the Liabilities (whether or not suit is instituted in connection with such efforts). “Costs of Collection” also includes the reasonable fees and expenses of Lenders’ Special Counsel. The Costs of Collection are Liabilities, and at the Administrative Agent’s option may bear interest at the then effective Base Margin Rate.

  • Collection Action means any of the following:

  • Default Charges Default Interest and/or late payment charges that are paid or payable, as the context may require, in respect of any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan or REO Mortgage Loan.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Servicing Advance shall have the meaning given thereto in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • REO Principal Amortization With respect to any REO Property, for any calendar month, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate of all amounts received in respect of such REO Property during such calendar month, whether in the form of rental income, sale proceeds (including, without limitation, that portion of the Termination Price paid in connection with a purchase of all of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties pursuant to Section 9.01 that is allocable to such REO Property) or otherwise, net of any portion of such amounts (i) payable pursuant to Section 3.23(c) in respect of the proper operation, management and maintenance of such REO Property or (ii) payable or reimbursable to the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.23(d) for unpaid Servicing Fees in respect of the related Mortgage Loan and unreimbursed Servicing Advances and P&I Advances in respect of such REO Property or the related Mortgage Loan, over (b) the REO Imputed Interest in respect of such REO Property for such calendar month.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.
