Last Train definition
Last Train means the last Passenger Service in such Day that counts towards the obligation of the Franchisee to operate a specified number of trains per day;
Last Train means for each destination London Overground Station, the last scheduled Passenger Service to depart from any London Overground Station on any day to that destination London Overground Station; Law includes any enactment, subordinate legislation, rule, regulation, order, directive or other provision, including those of the European Community, and any judicial or administrative interpretation or application thereof, which has, in each case, the force of law in the United Kingdom or any part of it (including the Act, the Transport Act, the Transport Safety ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the Railways Act 2005); LCFL means the Route between Liverpool Street (Mainline) station and Chingford station via Clapton station;
