Last Day of Pay definition

Last Day of Pay. Means the last day that the employee was or will be paid, irrespective of the last day of duty. “Week” 5 working days in the case of an employee who usually works 5 days in each week; or the number of actual days usually worked per week in the case of an employee who works less than full-time hours.
