Last Basic Rent Date has the meaning set forth in Schedule 2.
Last Basic Rent Date. Expiration Date" and "Casualty Value", when used with respect to the leasing of any Items of Equipment, shall have the meanings set forth in the relevant Equipment Schedule or Certificate of Acceptance attached to the Equipment Schedule for such Items of Equipment.

  • The Basic Rent for all Items of Equipment on this Schedule shall be $2,466.67 per month and shall be payable on the first day of each calendar month (to and including the Last Basic Rent Date identified on the relevant Certificate of Acceptance), or, when the first day of the month falls on a nonbusiness day, the first business day thereafter (each such date referred to as a "Basic Rent Date").

  • Rent Payment Date means each date on which an installment of rent is due and payable pursuant to Section 5(a) hereof.

Landlord and Tenant shall each execute and deliver to the other written acknowledgment of the actual Term Commencement Date and the Term Expiration Date when such are established, and shall attach it to this Lease as Exhibit B. Failure to execute and deliver such acknowledgment, however, shall not affect the Term Commencement Date or Landlord’s or Tenant’s liability hereunder. Failure by Tenant to obtain validation by any medical review board or other similar governmental licensing of the Premises required for the Permitted Use by Tenant shall not serve to extend the Term Commencement Date.

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Event Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).
