  • If Licensee does not notify us at least 45 days before the end of the then-current Subscription term that Licensee does not intend to renew the Subscription, Licensee will owe Laserfiche the renewal Subscription fee.

  • Laserfiche makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of any such Third Party Products, Third Party Content or Third Party APIs for Licensee’s intended requirements or purposes, including for use with the Laserfiche Software or Licensee’s systems.

  • Laserfiche Software is commercial computer software, as such term is defined in 48 C.F.R. §2.101.
