Largest Single Shareholder definition

Largest Single Shareholder means the Person that, together with its specially related persons, (as defined in Article 10.3, Paragraph 2 of the Presidential Decree of the Securities and Exchange Law of Korea) holds more shares of Common Stock than any other Person (together with such other Person's specially related persons).

Related to Largest Single Shareholder

  • Company Shareholder means a holder of one or more Company Shares;

  • Existing Shareholder means any Person that is a holder of Ordinary Shares as of December 8, 2017.

  • Locked-Up Shareholders means certain directors and senior officers of the Company who have entered into Voting Agreements;

  • Scheme Shareholder means a person who is registered in the Register as the holder of one or more Scheme Shares as at the Record Date.

  • Anchor Investor means a Qualified Institutional Buyer applying under the Anchor Investor Portion in accordance with the requirements specified in the SEBI ICDR Regulations and the RHP and who has Bid for an amount of at least ₹ 100 million and the term “Anchor Investors” shall be construed accordingly.
