Large Dead Animals definition

Large Dead Animals means animals or portions thereof equal to or greater than 10 pounds in weight that have expired from any cause, except those slaughtered or killed for human use.
Large Dead Animals are excluded from this contract and means animals or portions thereof equal to or greater than 10 pounds in weight that have expired from any cause, except those slaughtered or killed for human use.

Examples of Large Dead Animals in a sentence

  • Stoves, refrigerators (with all CFC and other refrigerants removed), water tanks, washing machines, furniture and other similar items, and, materials other than Construction Debris, Large Dead Animals, Hazardous Waste or Stable Matter with weights or volumes greater than those allowed for Bins or Containers, as the case may be.

  • Excluded Waste is all Bulky Waste (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement), Large Commercial and Industrial Refuse, Construction Debris, Large Dead Animals, Institutional Solid Waste, Hazardous Waste, Offal Waste, Stable Matter, Vegetable Waste, and Special Waste.
