Large Consumer definition

Large Consumer means any Consumer who is directly connected to the Transmission System or whose notified maximum demand exceeds a level of five (5) MW, or such level as the Authority may determine from time to time;
Large Consumer means Consumer directly connected to the Transmission System;
Large Consumer means an Industrial Consumer or a Commercial Consumer whose peak Load in any month within the previous twelve months was two megawatts or more.

  • Any Very Large Consumer that accepts such market price quote shall be enrolled in the Program, be deemed a Participating Consumer, and be entitled to receive supply at the market price quoted by the Competitive Supplier pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Any New Eligible Consumer, other than a Very Large Consumer, that does not elect to opt-out of the Program as provided in this section will be automatically enrolled in the Program, will be deemed a Participating Consumer, and shall be entitled to receive supply at the prices listed in Exhibit A pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • For ease of reference, that provision is moved from the Small Consumer definition to the definition of Large Consumer.

  • Opt-In: With respect to any Very Large Consumer, that is in the largest industrial rate class and that is identified after the Effective Date, Competitive Supplier may contact such consumer and reasonably determine if such consumer is expected to consume more than 1,000,000 kWh per year.

Large Consumer means a Person whose metered or estimated consumption of water is in excess of 18,000 gallons per calendar quarter in the case of a Dwelling Unit, and any Commercial Establishment, Educational Establishment, Institutional Establishment or Industrial Establishment, regardless of water consumption or volume of Domestic Sanitary Sewage or Industrial Wastes discharged.
